Jada Larimar is a townhouse development, and that makes it different from the rest of our portfolio. In a custom villa the client makes every decision from a blank plan; here they choose among three unit types already designed, with the common areas defined in advance.

The trade-off is that timing and price are known up front, and the amenities —pool, park, playground— are shared among all owners instead of being carried by a single plot. It is the sensible option for someone who wants to be in Vista Cana without taking on a whole project.

The project is under construction. As in all of them, payments are made against measured work certified by the owner, progress is sent in photos and video every week, and the delivery date and delay penalty are written into the contract.
